We are seeking a skilled Collections Representative to join our Shared Services division in Schaumburg, IL. As a hybrid employee, you will report to the Service Operations Manager, Billing & Collections.
The ideal candidate will manage assigned account portfolios, perform duties in accordance with department guidelines and procedures, identify and apply payments, document collections activities, and respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner. Additionally, you will review reports, account activity, and prepare correspondence, process premium write-offs within authority, and consistently meet established productivity and quality standards.
Requirements:
High School, Associates degree; or equivalent. Authority levels limited to write-off and disbursement policy and grid. Core skills include action-oriented, problem-solving, conflict management, customer focus, time management, communication, and analysis. Behavioral skills include leadership, collaboration, interpersonal skills, and professionalism. Technical skills include moderate MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Majesco, Applied EPIC, BIPS, and Receivables Online.
