Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance department and ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
  • Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or Maintenance Management preferred.
  • 8-10 years of maintenance experience within industrial manufacturing.
  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
