Job Title: Maintenance Tech/Supervisor

Huff Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Tech/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and staff to ensure effective equipment operation and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision:
    • Develop and implement leadership strategies to foster teamwork and promote efficient communication among maintenance staff.
    • Schedule and assign daily tasks and projects to maintain timely completion and ensure seamless workflow.
    • Provide comprehensive training and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance Operations:
    • Analyze equipment performance data to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and repair equipment promptly to prevent delays and ensure business continuity.
    • Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Equipment Overview:
  1. The Hayssen machinery requires precise maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce production downtime.
  2. The Inflo Scales must be calibrated regularly to maintain accurate weight measurements and comply with industry standards.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
