### Job Summary
At SSM Health, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Lead Mental Health Therapist, you'll play a vital role in our team, overseeing daily work for therapists and providing clinical oversight to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
### Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily work for therapists, including group and individual services, case management, and documentation
* Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities
* Manage therapist caseloads, coordinate weekly clinical staffing lists, and assign daily group tasks
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the program, including attendance, documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements
* Foster professional relationships with colleagues and physicians to ensure exceptional patient care
### Requirements
* Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
* Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) - Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health
* Other licenses and certifications as listed in the job description
