Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a Therapist, you'll work closely with our dynamic team to provide excellent customer service, evaluate mental health diagnoses, and create and implement treatment plans. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and utilize your creativity to help clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health
- Utilize creativity to help clients achieve their goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all paid clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.)
- Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
