As a licensed therapist, you will work with veterans and first responders, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Our ideal candidate is passionate about improving access to quality mental health care and has experience working with trauma-informed populations.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and organize clinical services and therapy based on the needs of the military and first responders population
  • Actively participate in marketing and referral development activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates with at least 2 years of experience and in the process of pursuing licensure
  • LPC, LCSW, and LMFTs with or without an existing caseload
  • Basic and advanced training in trauma theories such as EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, and ART
