Job Summary

We are seeking a Women's Services Mental Health Therapist who specializes in providing therapeutic support to women. The ideal candidate will have expertise in addressing a range of women's mental health issues, including trauma, reproductive health, relationship dynamics, and eating disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses using DSM-5 and create treatment plans
  • Maintain ongoing documentation and a caseload of at least 28 patient visits per week
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed
  • Actively participate in marketing and referral development activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and employ creative interventions to help patients achieve their goals
  • Coordinate services with various stakeholders as needed
  • Attend and contribute to clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • LPCA, LMSW, LMFT-Associates with at least 2 years of experience and pursuing licensure
  • LPC, LCSW, and LMFTs with or without an existing caseload
  • 1-2 years of experience with women in at least one area of focus, such as perinatal and postpartum transitions, reproductive health, eating disorders, menopause and aging, and sexual health
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced training in evidence-based treatments for perinatal mental health conditions (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IPT)
  • Any other training relevant to women's life issues and transitions
