We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Floater Teacher to join our team at The Goddard School of Littleton (South Broadway), CO.
Job SummaryThe Floater Teacher will provide support to our Lead and Assistant Teachers in implementing engaging educational programs and activities. This role involves classroom support, curriculum enhancement, and adapting to the evolving educational needs of our school community.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance Lesson Plans: Collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Classroom Support: Provide flexible support to our classrooms, ensuring a seamless educational experience for our students.
- Relief Support: Be available to relieve staff for lunch and/or other breaks from their classroom, ensuring continuity of care and education.
- Food Preparation and Clean-up: Assist with food preparation and clean-up for the center, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Supervision: Supervise children indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Personalized Attention: Offer personalized attention and foster an inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional growth.
- Classroom Maintenance: Maintain clean and inviting classrooms, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supportive Tasks: Assist with routine child care tasks, promoting a nurturing learning environment.
