Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children, implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, and building relationships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our L.E.A.P curriculum
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues through regular communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
