Key Responsibilities:
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately, documenting payments on repair orders and tickets
  • Provide change and receipts to customers with precision
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks as required

  • Understand departmental structures and internal processes to assist customers effectively
