Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Community Transformations team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes and systems, maintaining CRM data integrity, and providing actionable insights through sales analytics to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize sales processes and systems to enhance sales and operational efficiency
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Support sales teams with planning, forecasting, and operational tasks
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to support strategic planning and goal setting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, real estate, or a related role
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, Microsoft Power Point and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing projects and coordinating with multiple teams
