We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team at Parexel International Corporation. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to ensure timely and efficient enrollment of volunteers and patients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless trial execution and delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and site staff, to ensure timely and efficient trial execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with trial execution and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure high-quality trial execution.

Requirements:

  • Scientific or healthcare qualification (minimum A level or equivalent), registered nursing degree, or call center experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by the trial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in clinical trial management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management software.
