Patient Services Representative

As a Patient Services Representative with KPC Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Access Department. Under the direction of the Admitting Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers while maintaining accurate and timely registration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately complete patient registration processes, including demographic and insurance information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• MAB certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
