In this role, you will bring a solid theoretical foundation and/or proven track record in engineering. You have demonstrated success in efficiently leading complex projects to completion in your previous roles. You will work on a variety of technology-related projects, so no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects for new trading and technical initiatives, collaborating with members of trading, development, and infrastructure teams.
  • Become a trusted contributor within project teams, engaging with a diverse, global group of team members and stakeholders.
  • Create and oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify and implement lessons learned through project retrospectives.
  • Design and run the firm's planning and reporting processes.
  • Provide input on project management standards for the team and help implement these.
