Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Tech to join our team at Saint Luke's Health System. As a Behavioral Health Tech, you will play a critical role in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for children and adolescents. Your responsibilities will include direct supervision of assigned children, observing and reporting patient behaviors, and implementing behavioral interventions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision of assigned children to maintain patient safety
  • Observe, report, and record patient behaviors under the supervision of RN
  • Implement behavioral interventions described in the child's treatment plan
  • Conduct educational and treatment-focused groups with patients as appropriate

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related experience, preferably working with at-risk youth
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY
