Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to contribute to our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute month-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in analyzing and presenting financial data to support business decisions.
  • Engage in forecasting and budgeting activities, collaborating with department heads on expense evaluations.
  • Maintain and oversee fixed asset documentation, ensuring accurate depreciation schedules and reports.
  • Support the review of Balance Sheets and Income Statements for all entities.
  • Compile necessary information for both internal and external audit requests.
  • Ensure accuracy in the Purchase Price Variance report and expense recording.
  • Cross-train and provide backup support for cost accounting functions, including cost quote preparation and estimates for new projects.
  • Verify and correct discrepancies in cost listings and inventory transactions.
  • Conduct General Ledger reconciliations as assigned.
  • Prepare quarterly sales tax returns and monthly estimates.
  • Handle annual property tax returns and 1099 form preparations.
  • Calculate and prepare annual U.S. Customs cost reconciliations.
  • Perform monthly bank account reconciliations.
