Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership for new and existing programs and projects, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and data collection.
  • Analyze process, productivity, value, and quality-related data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for operational best practices.
  • Direct and organize process and quality improvement initiatives, including identifying, leading, and implementing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the operational lead for workflow transformation and other operational initiatives, developing action and project plans to drive business results.
  • Lead compliance activities across the organization, ensuring services are provided in accordance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leadership and results-driven initiatives.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree and experience with scaled agile framework and agile practices.
