Job Description

**About the Role**

WR Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Director to join our team. As a Product Management Director, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products, as well as managing the lifecycle of existing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Develop and execute product development strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ensure that products meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive product development.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that products are profitable and meet business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that products meet their expectations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management or related field, preferably in durable goods.
  • Skills: Strong business leadership skills, ability to drive growth, and experience with product development, market analysis, and team leadership.
