Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services and products, as well as experience working with members and providing guidance on financial planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities
  • Provides exceptional customer service to members by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handles cash and credit transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Maintains accurate records and reports, including transaction logs and balance statements
  • Stays up-to-date on all financial services and products, including new offerings and promotions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a financial institution, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
