Oak Grove Technologies LLC is a leading provider of training solutions for the U.S. Secret Service. We are seeking a highly skilled Training Scenarios Coordinator to join our team.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced individual to play pivotal roles in enhancing the training experience by creating real-world tactical military training scenarios. As a Training Scenarios Coordinator, you will work closely with professional instructors to develop and execute dynamic training exercises. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to think on their feet, and possess a strong understanding of scenario-based training methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement realistic training scenarios that mimic real-world situations
- Work closely with instructors to refine and adjust scenarios as needed
- Participate in physically demanding activities, including running and lifting up to 20 pounds of training props
- Collaborate with other role players to create immersive and engaging training experiences
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. theater, education, psychology)
- 2+ years of experience in scenario-based training or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing scenarios
- Physical stamina to participate in physically demanding activities
