Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Youth Development Specialist to join our team at MBI Health Services, LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery and wellness of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to clients, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
  • Coordinate logistics, including medical appointments and therapy sessions, to ensure seamless care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection protocols.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with clinical managers and other team members.
  • Model effective coping techniques and self-help strategies, promoting a culture of recovery and wellness.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and DBH Peer Support Specialist Certification.
  • Lived experience with mental health conditions, substance abuse, or trauma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
