NaphCare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to provide top-notch administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role will be responsible for performing routine administrative tasks, scheduling events, and making travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience supporting executive-level corporate offices in an administrative capacity and must have recent experience supporting C-level executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The successful candidate will also possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.

This is an on-site position at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and calendaring of daily and weekly events as well as making necessary travel arrangements
  • Communicating with key internal personnel and NaphCare clients
  • Creating and preparing routine correspondence and materials
  • Proofreading, verifying and editing all materials for accuracy and clarity
  • Utilizing advanced computer skills to help prepare legal documents/contracts/proposals
