Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the production of residential doors at an end client facility in Prineville, Oregon.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 general laborers and machine operators, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 20 employees
- Enforcing safety practices
- Maintaining quality standards
- Delivering on production goals
- Building trust with hourly employees
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory/management role in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of enforcing safety practices, maintaining quality standards, and delivering on production goals.
