Job Overview

Position Title: Route Service & Sales Technician

Salary: Starting annual compensation of $70,000, including hourly rate, commissions, guaranteed overtime, and occasional on-call duties.

Role Summary:

As a Route Service & Sales Technician, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clientele. Following thorough training, you will manage a designated route and represent our esteemed organization. During your visits, you will ensure that commercial dishwashing machines are functioning optimally, conduct preventative maintenance, and perform necessary repairs. Additionally, you will replenish customer supplies, process payments, and promote our cleaning and sanitizing products. You will be provided with a company mobile device and operate our Auto-Chlor vehicles. Ongoing training will be available to ensure your success in this role.

Benefits:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: Annual salary starting at $70,000, which includes hourly pay, commissions, guaranteed overtime, and on-call duties.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform the full range of duties, including frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs, kneeling and crouching for up to 2 hours daily, climbing, pushing, and pulling weights of up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to safely operate company vehicles.
  • May need to navigate stairs at branch and customer locations.

Additional Information:

  • This position is hourly with commissions based on route size and growth.
  • Quarterly bonuses are awarded to top performers.
  • Company uniforms consist of polo shirts with logos, work pants, and non-slip footwear.
  • A typical workweek includes standard hours plus participation in the on-call rotation.
  • Overtime pay is applicable for this role.
