This position involves managing inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment, delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Work Schedule:
Standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
