Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our accountancy clients, developing long-term relationships and acting as their internal advocate and problem solver.
- Be the vertical expert for our Accountancy CSM team in the US, providing guidance and support to drive success.
- Manage product trials, including training and collating feedback to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Assist with customer queries and requests in a timely manner, providing exceptional support and service.
- Conduct periodic customer health-checks, identifying renewal risk and opportunities for upsell to maximize retention and annual increases.
- Strategize with customers to align goals, promote adoption, and drive value from our platform.
- Support customers in their onboarding and account set up, ensuring a smooth transition to our tool.
- Train end-users and other trainers to ensure effective use of our platform.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an incredibly fast-paced environment and 'think on your feet'.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Positive and high energy, with a problem-solving mindset and a team player attitude.
