Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled IT Application Analyst to join our team. As an IT Application Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing work process design and flow, improving processes, and leveraging technological capabilities to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze work process design and flow to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements using technological capabilities
- Partner with HR Directors and their customers to ensure effective implementation of HRIS systems
- Build project plans and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Maintain a systems orientation and work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning
- Five years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience required
- Three years of project management experience required
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Lawson HCM and HRM system implementation experience in a healthcare setting required
- Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $67,392.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis.
