Job Title: IT Application Analyst

Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking an experienced IT Application Analyst to join our team. As an IT Application Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing work process design and flow, improving processes, and leveraging technological capabilities to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Supply Chain Management Directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage technological capabilities.
  • Build project plans, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain a systems orientation.
  • Work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Support Lawson upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Five years of SCM IT Analyst or SCM specialist experience required.
  • Three years of project management experience required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Lawson SCM system implementation experience in a healthcare setting required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of On-Base Document Management System preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science, or related degree preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $67,392.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis.
