Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support (30%): Provide comprehensive support to departments by developing benchmarks and evaluating operational productivity. Analyze business unit performance and offer financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Accounting and Financial Oversight (20%): Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the recording of financial activities. Prepare necessary reports and engage proactively with new initiatives to uphold proper accounting practices.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting (20%): Generate and scrutinize complex financial reports, comparing current data against historical trends to identify significant changes. Conduct regular meetings to discuss financial statements and variances.
  • Budget Development (15%): Formulate the annual budget, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for revenue and expense forecasts. Educate management on effective financial management strategies.
  • Team Leadership (15%): Supervise finance staff, ensuring accurate financial activities and fostering professional development through training and feedback.

Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Six years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills for financial data interpretation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.


Preferred:
- CPA certification.
- Experience in analyzing financial transactions within the food service sector.
