Job Summary

Village Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adolescents in our psychiatric residential treatment center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and therapeutic services to our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient health and administer basic care, adhering to the nursing process and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address patient concerns.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients, promoting their progress towards wellness.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to facility policies.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current LPN/LVN license and CPR certification.
  • One or more years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in behavioral health.
