As a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), your responsibilities will include:

Position Overview:

The LPN Lead Nurse oversees a specific group of nursing staff within a designated unit, ensuring the efficient operation of the unit during a specified shift under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role may involve managing multiple units depending on the size and clinical services offered. The scope of work may be adjusted in accordance with state-specific regulations under the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications

Educational Background:
Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN Nursing Program.

Licenses/Certifications:
Current and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
Valid CPR certification.

Professional Experience:
A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience is preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education or specialized training in gerontological nursing and/or long-term care nursing is advantageous.
