- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services to support patient recovery and health.
- Educate patients and their families on disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care to promote holistic health and well-being.
- Identify and mitigate safety hazards and emergency situations to maintain a safe environment for residents.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
