Logistics Operations Supervisor

At OnTrac, we're seeking an exceptional Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee our same-day delivery operations. If you excel in managing high-paced environments, have a passion for logistics, and enjoy mentoring teams, this role is perfect for you.
As a Logistics Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing plans that drive business objectives, partner with senior leaders to define staffing strategies, and champion a safe working environment.
Here's what you'll get:
Salary: $58,086.06 annually, with the potential for a monthly bonus up to 15%.
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM, with flexible hours based on business needs.

Key qualifications include:
- A GED or college degree, preferably in logistics or transportation. Alternatively, four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
- A minimum of three years of experience managing people, with one year in a similar industry. Strong logistics experience is highly desired.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Prior experience in last-mile delivery, small packaging, and flow management is highly preferred. Bilingual Spanish is also a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement KPIs to drive business objectives.
- Plan and coordinate sort start times and define staffing strategies with senior leaders.
- Mentor and develop team members to meet business goals.
- Champion a safe working environment through our safety program.
- Work with senior leaders to analyze, reorganize, and prioritize labor hours, safety compliance, mis-sorts, and schedules.
