Maintenance Services Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Services Advisor to lead the development and implementation of Maintenance programs through Liquids Pipelines (LP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the application and standardization of Maintenance Job Plans for Electrical, Mechanical, Pipeline Maintenance & Operations work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of preventative maintenance programs from the LP Maintenance Program.
  • Work with regions to ensure the appropriate Job Plan has been crafted and applied to the accurate asset for proper maintenance.
  • Act as a central point of contact for regions assigned related to Maximo, Assets, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Job Plan Application.
  • Support Service Requests process changes, improvements, inquiries, etc.
  • Support Project Integration to ensure new assets have Preventative Maintenance plans (PM) and Job plans as required.

Requirements:

  • Related University degree, or technical diploma and 4 or more years related industry experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Strong experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system Maximo.
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance/field operations and technology concepts coupled with strong business and planning skills.
  • High proficiency in computer technology and business applications, including MS-Outlook, MS-Excel, MS-Visio, MS-PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Working Conditions:

Office environment. Moderate travel to regions, conferences, committee meetings etc. Occasional travel within Canada and US. Flexibility required to handle work priorities, field schedules and stakeholders' requirements. Maintain focus to complete numerous activities with limited resources.
