As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our custodial services, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to custodial services, including cleaning schedules, supply management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring that we are providing the best possible service to our clients while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating the work of staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
