About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our Workplace Virtualisation team, you will be responsible for providing specialist technical capability and delivery of virtual desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, integration, and delivery of new and future technologies
  • Project and BAU support for virtual desktop infrastructure
  • Collaboration with other Workplace & Infrastructure technical projects and products
  • Delivery of strategic direction and expansion of AXA Virtual desktop infrastructure
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project environments, providing technical leadership, design, and performance enhancement
  • Understanding and utilisation of new technology in the virtual desktop environment
  • Strategic understanding of broad range of Virtual Desktop technologies
  • Ability to communicate ideas and solutions to audiences of all levels and nationalities
  • Ability to lead the development of IT solutions in Virtual Workplace
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong experience and understanding of Citrix Xen Desktop 7.x, Citrix Cloud, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Windows 7 & Windows Server
  • Deep technical knowledge of Citrix product knowledge, including Storefront & NetScaler, Citrix Cloud, Citrix Gateway Service
  • Experience of management of key technology vendors at a senior level
