Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Innovative Solutions & Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and supply chain management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of commodities and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts that meet our business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to award, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with MRP systems and ISO 9000.
