Job Description

HR4ALL is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate to join our practice group in one of our major US offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, designing, implementing, and administering tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans.
  • Providing executive compensation and benefits expertise on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Advising on taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code).
  • Designing and drafting employment and other executive compensation arrangements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
  • High level of academic achievement and law firm experience.
  • Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.
Salary:

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
