As a Senior Program Manager for Product Compliance Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in steering the execution of compliance-oriented hardware certification initiatives. This role is essential for overseeing the compliance aspects of a wide array of internal and customer-focused hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full ownership and responsibility for New Product Introduction (NPI) compliance activities within designated business segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Hardware Engineering, Compliance Engineering, and Legal to ensure adherence to compliance protocols throughout all stages of project management.
- Oversee the development and delivery of critical compliance documentation as required.
- Engage with manufacturing partners both domestically and internationally during the NPI process to facilitate compliance project execution.
- Gather, verify, and maintain compliance evidence at the product level across a diverse portfolio of hardware offerings.
- Manage relationships with testing laboratories and certification bodies, including contract negotiations and budget oversight.
- Lead high-impact initiatives across multiple teams to mitigate risks associated with compliance.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define program strategies, project timelines, and manage technology implementations.
