Job OverviewPosition Title: SAP SD-AATP Specialist
Contract Type: W2 Candidates only
Work Arrangement: Onsite (3 days minimum)

Number of Interview Rounds: 2 to 3 (based on performance and expertise)

Role Summary:
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the Quote to Cash process, specifically focusing on SAP AATP capabilities, enhancing functionalities, and providing support for various projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance existing functionalities by translating business requirements into effective solutions within SAP and related systems.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end Order to Cash process, particularly in Order Management with a strong emphasis on Advanced ATP.
  • Conduct hands-on configuration and system modifications to align with business needs while ensuring adherence to standard SAP functionalities.
  • Ensure that the solution design within the SAP environment integrates seamlessly with other systems, coordinating necessary changes with the broader IT team.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including Managers and Directors, to gather and define business system requirements for new technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design applications that address business challenges, leading the design efforts.
  • Utilize sound judgment to resolve complex business issues and mentor team members to achieve their objectives.
  • Work closely with analysts, users, and IT departments to support operations and manage business changes effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings for requirements gathering, project management, and status updates on various initiatives.
  • Drive change management processes and assist in transitioning to future state operations in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Assess the impact of changes on the corporate application landscape.
  • Identify and prioritize business capabilities, acting as a catalyst for developing mature processes.
  • Navigate through the organization's Project Management Methodology to deliver business needs in an agile manner.

Qualifications:
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience in supporting Order Management and Customer Service functions.
  • Proficient in SAP Modules: SD, with knowledge of cross-functional integration with FI and MM.
  • In-depth understanding of standard SAP processes including sales, pricing, shipping, availability checks, advanced ATP, billing, and returns.
  • Experience with the SAP S4 HANA platform is preferred.
  • At least one implementation experience involving SAP Advanced ATP functionality on the SAP S4 platform.
  • Ability to engage and influence a diverse range of users and senior management.
  • Strong understanding of IT applications and technology.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience supporting users in a medical device company is desirable.
  • Demonstrated business and customer/client focus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously.
  • Experience in managing consultants directly.
