SAP SD Analyst
Primary Role Responsibilities:
Act as a key resource in the Quote to Cash process, with a focus on SAP AATP capabilities, enhancing system functionality and supporting various projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities by defining requirements and translating them into effective solutions within SAP and related systems.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end Order to Cash business process, particularly in Order Management (expertise in Advanced ATP is essential), Logistics, and Billing.
  • Conduct hands-on configuration and system modifications to align with business needs while ensuring adherence to standard SAP functionalities.
  • Ensure that the solution design on the SAP platform integrates seamlessly with interconnected systems and coordinate necessary changes with the broader IT team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Managers and Directors, to outline business systems requirements for new technology implementations.
  • Partner with teams to develop applications that address business challenges, leading the design efforts.
  • Utilize judgment and discretion to resolve complex business issues. Mentor team members to achieve objectives.
  • Work closely with analysts, users, and IT to support operations and manage business changes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings for requirements gathering, project management, or providing updates on various initiatives.
  • Drive change management and transition to future states by engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Assess the impact of changes on the corporate application landscape.
  • Identify and engage in prioritizing business capabilities, acting as a catalyst for developing mature processes.
  • Navigate through the Project Management Methodology and standards to fulfill business needs in an agile manner.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience in supporting Order Management and Customer Service business functions.
  • Proficient in SAP Modules: SD, with cross-functional integration experience in FI and MM.
  • In-depth understanding of standard SAP sales, pricing, shipping, availability checks, advanced ATP, billing, and returns.
  • Experience with the SAP S4 HANA platform is preferred.
  • At least one implementation experience involving SAP Advanced ATP functionality on the SAP S4 platform.
  • Ability to engage and influence a diverse range of users and senior management.
  • Strong understanding of IT applications and technology.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills are essential.

Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience supporting users in a medical device company is desirable.
  • Proven business and customer/client focus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously.
  • Capability to work directly with and manage consultants.
