Raise is seeking a skilled SAP TMS Consultant to enhance our client's team in the field of clinical robotics.

Compensation: $96.30/hour on W2

Work Type: Hybrid

Job Overview:

  • This position is responsible for leading projects and providing support across all active units utilizing SAP, with a key emphasis on Transportation Management.
  • The role includes managing OTR/DTR creation to FUBR, VSR Optimizer Planning, Transport Execution, and overseeing the Event Management & Settlement (FCC) process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and assist the business team in addressing inquiries related to SAP TM.
  • Evaluate and analyze current business processes for transportation management within the Logistics Execution framework.
  • Design future business processes for transportation management aligned with SAP integration to TMS.
  • Facilitate and lead SAP design sessions.
  • Configure and maintain relevant ECC/S4 HANA components, including SAP TM, along with necessary documentation.
  • Support business users in delivering end-user training.
  • Develop and manage SAP project activities to implement or deploy capabilities as needed: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
  • Prepare and present executive communications regarding project strategy decisions concerning scope, cost, and quality.
  • Provide or oversee production support for SAP business processes as required.
  • Act as a point of escalation for solution design or troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in delivering SAP TM Technical services for implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
  • Experience with shipper scenarios across all transport modes: road, ocean, and rail.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Structure, including mapping the Organizational Structure of the Company and customizing Carrier Master data in alignment with Purchase Organization, Plant codes, and Company codes.
  • Knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation logistics business processes, including compliance and documentation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Transport Management processes, including configuration and customization of orders.
  • Proficient in Transport Planning Processes and the configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Selection profiles based on business requirements.
  • Familiarity with TM integration with MM, SD & FICO.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively as a solution provider.
  • Skills in identifying and resolving issues through functionality analysis and solution determination.
  • Proactive approach to ensure tasks are completed as expected.
  • Ability to create OSS messages for standard issues and collaborate with Basis, SAP, and functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with global business colleagues.
  • Experience in independently planning tasks and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
