Role Overview:


• Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Structure: Aligning the Organizational Framework of the Company, Customizing Carrier Master Data in accordance with Purchase Organization, Plant Codes, and Company Codes.


• Leadership in projects and support for all operational units utilizing SAP, with a primary emphasis on Transportation Management.


• Expertise in warehouse, distribution, and transportation logistics business processes, including compliance and documentation.


• Proficient in Transport Management: In-depth knowledge of transportation management workflows, including configuration and customization of orders.


• A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering SAP TM Technical services for implementation, support, and upgrade initiatives.


• Management of processes such as OTR/DTR creation to FUBR, VSR Optimizer Planning, Transport Execution, Event Management, and Settlement (FCC) processes.


• Experience with shipper scenarios across all transport modes: Road, Ocean, Rail, and Air.


• Strong expertise in Transport Planning Processes, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Selection Profiles (Planning, Carrier, etc.) based on business needs.


• Provide consultation and support to business teams for addressing inquiries related to SAP TM.


• Ability to independently manage tasks and proactively offer solutions.


• Knowledge of TM integration with MM, SD, and FICO modules.


• Skills in identifying and resolving issues through functionality analysis and solution determination.


• Proactive approach to ensure tasks are completed to expectations.


• Review, analyze, and assess current business processes for transportation management within the Logistics Execution framework.


• Design future business processes for transportation management based on SAP integration with TMS.


• Lead and facilitate SAP design sessions.


• Capable of creating OSS messages for standard issues and collaborating with Basis, SAP, and functional teams to resolve issues.


• Configure and maintain relevant ECC/S4 HANA components, including but not limited to SAP TM (with appropriate documentation).


• Support business users in delivering end-user training.


• Create and manage SAP project activities for implementing or deploying capabilities as needed: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategies, cutover plans, training, etc.


• Develop and present executive communications regarding project strategy decisions on scope, cost, and quality.


• Perform or oversee production support of SAP business processes as required.


• Act as an escalation point for solution design or troubleshooting.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with global business colleagues.


• Proven ability to plan tasks independently and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
