Job Summary:

We are seeking a Call Center Support Specialist to join our team at Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing any concerns they may have.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and updating patient information as needed.
  • Verifying insurance details and ensuring accurate billing.
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
">Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable using technology such as electronic health records software.

">Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records software a plus.
">Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
