Location: Red Oak, TX
Compensation: $50,000 - $54,000 annually + Benefits
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in managing daily culinary operations.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the utmost standards of quality and presentation.
- Oversee kitchen personnel, ensuring adherence to recipes and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized kitchen atmosphere.
- Track inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and assistance to kitchen staff.
- Step into the Kitchen Manager role when required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a kitchen management capacity for 3+ years.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive demeanor and robust work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with the Kitchen Manager.
