Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott team, the Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all culinary standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Ensure that all culinary standards are met, including food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
