Job Overview

Requirements
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
