Job Title: Sales Specialist

EC Pro US is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively presenting and selling our proprietary SaaS solutions to equestrian center owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and sell our SaaS solutions to equestrian center owners
  • Communicate the benefits and value of our solution
  • Conduct software demos via GoogleMeet
  • Move deals through the sales pipeline consistently and timely
  • Provide clear documentation and record keeping of client interactions
  • Understand the issues the target buyers face
  • Contribute to team success by accomplishing tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in outside and/or B2B sales, preferably in a software development or startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field. Or, equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of the equestrian industry
  • Background in the full cycle SaaS software sales process
  • Good grasp of marketing, lead generation, prospecting, and CRM systems
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through skills
  • Aptitude and confidence to converse with senior/key decision makers without worry
  • Ability to handle and deflect objections that come up from budget holders/decision-makers
  • Ability to look at things creatively and from multiple perspectives
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel
Compensation:
  • Base salary plus a progressive commission scale
