Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Supervisor to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a Radiology Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Radiology Department, ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of radiologic technologists and ancillary personnel to ensure efficient and effective delivery of imaging services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of imaging services with patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in budgeting and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of resources.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Health Sciences or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in radiology management or leadership role.
  • ARRT certification and state licensure required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
