Job Summary:

As a Sales and Marketing Professional at Quirch Foods, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing sales activities to meet customer needs and requirements. You will work closely with distributors to ensure timely and effective sales and marketing activities within agreed budgets and time scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors' sales and marketing strategies.
Develop and implement effective solutions to issues that slow down or hamper export procedures and activities.
Monitor distributors' performance and provide relevant information to management.
Negotiate with other companies to assist in the overall growth and development of the business organization.

Requirements:

Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
Financial and business analytical skills.
Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AS 400.
Category and product knowledge.
Negotiation skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships.
Pricing and margin management skills.
